In 2024, the team at the BroadStreet Institute is launching a new initiative: The Community Health Index Fund.

The Community Health Index Fund will invest in health improvement efforts across the U.S. The purpose of this initiative is to invest in community change efforts while showcasing a data-guided approach to decision-making. Our team will look at the data, the evidence, and the local opportunities to find places to invest in health improvement. We will distribute donations to promising locations with 100% commitment to transparency along the way. Donors will get a peak behind the scenes at our data-guided methods and how we invest each dollar donated. We welcome all to be part of the process.

Join the data movement! Please see our "GIVE" page.
